What this covers
These notes apply to pb-consult.com and to the pBC Bau app on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This English text is a translation. The German version is legally binding.
We do not sell data and we do not run ads. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Google Analytics loads only after consent.
Hosting and connection data
The site is delivered by Vercel Inc., USA. A visit technically produces connection data, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type. That is needed to run and protect the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The host's notice: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Necessary storage
Two entries stay in the browser without a separate consent. Section 25 (2) TDDDG allows that, because the site would not work as requested otherwise.
pb-lang stores the chosen language, so the next visit keeps it.
pb-consent stores whether you allowed only what is necessary or also external services. We then do not have to ask on every page, and you can change the choice in the footer.
External services, only after consent
Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page and Google Analytics 4 load only if you choose “Allow all”. Before that, no script is loaded from Google.
Google Analytics (measurement ID G-1QPCT193ES, property 358727504) records pages and how the site is used. No advertising profiles and no Google signals. reCAPTCHA checks the contact form.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. IP address and device data may be sent to Google, including in the USA. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookies” in the footer.

Contact form
If you send the form, we process name, company, email, phone, topic and message in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for a general enquiry.
The message goes to hello@pb-consult.com. Delivery runs through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), not through the mail app on your device. FormSubmit forwards name, email, phone, topic, message and attached files to us. Files together at most 10 MB. FormSubmit keeps attachments for up to 30 days. We keep the details while we handle the enquiry and for as long as statutory retention requires.

Data protection when using the pBC Bau app (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Where the data is stored
pBC Bau is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The app runs in the customer's Business Central tenant, which Microsoft operates. All data entered in the app, such as buildings, installations, service jobs, contacts, users and documents, is stored in this tenant at Microsoft. It is not stored on pb-consult.com or on servers of pB Consult GmbH. Who is responsible
The customer is the controller within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR for the personal data in its tenant. Microsoft processes it as the customer's processor under the terms the customer has agreed with Microsoft.
Access by pB Consult
We only access the tenant if the customer expressly grants us access, for example for setup, support or troubleshooting. This happens, for example, via delegated administrative privileges (GDAP) or a user account the customer sets up. The customer can revoke access at any time. If we process personal data in doing so, we act as the customer's processor on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
Retention
The customer keeps data in the tenant as long as it needs it. If the customer uninstalls the app and removes its data, the app's data in the tenant is deleted. Data we receive in support, such as screenshots or emails, is deleted when the case is closed, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
Your rights and contact
Data subjects should first contact the customer as the controller with requests about data in the app. We support the customer in this. Your rights are described in the section “Your rights”. Questions about data protection for pBC Bau: hello@pb-consult.com
Applications
Applications you send by email or through the form are processed to run the hiring process. The legal basis is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act. WhatsApp to the number we publish is voluntary. WhatsApp's own notice then applies as well.
If no contract is concluded, we usually delete the documents six months after the process ends, unless another retention period applies.

You open LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, XING, Microsoft Teams and our partners' sites yourself. Their notices apply only then. We do not embed their content.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and you can object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can withdraw consent for the future.
