pBC Construction Trades
The industry solution for construction trades in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Technical installations, projects, maintenance, materials and transports to the site in one system. The app is available in German.
Who it is for
For electrical, plumbing and heating, sprinkler, building services and drywall companies that build new installations, modernise them and then maintain them. pBC Construction Trades works with the standard Business Central documents and runs with Essentials and Premium.
Features
Technical installations
Each installation has its own card with installer, attributes and attachments. From there you open quotes, orders and maintenance contracts, separated into new installation, modernisation, maintenance and repair.
Project quotes and project orders
Position numbers, header and footer texts, approval, transfer to the order, change orders and the contract types fixed price, measured work and time and materials. Warranty orders with a reason and a link to the original order.
Maintenance contracts
Intervals from weekly to yearly with their own prices. Orders for all contracts due in a period are created in a batch job.
Invoicing
Marked order lines go into a sales order and are posted with the standard Business Central invoice.
Sureties (Bürgschaften)
On the project order you record type, amount, expiry date and return date and keep track of all sureties for the job.
Requisitions
Request material from the project order lines and create purchase orders or transfers to the site from it.
Transports to the site
A transport groups warehouse shipments, each shipment is one shipping unit. Weight, goods value and dangerous goods come from the item. Transport slip with QR code, consignment note (CMR), delivery note and dangerous goods document.
Posting and consumption
Shipment and receipt at the site in one step, immediately or in the background. For fixed-price and measured-work orders, material consumption at the site is posted automatically, and this can be switched off.
Inventory valuation
Valuation of stock with your own valuation factors, for example by range of coverage.
Base and Plus
pBC Construction Trades comes in two editions. The base edition is available on Microsoft Marketplace. pBC Construction Trades Plus builds on it and is in preparation.

pBC Construction Trades Plus is for companies that invoice larger projects in stages. You set up a payment plan on the order, issue progress and prepayment invoices and settle them with the final invoice. Plus is planned as an extension of the base edition, so you keep working with your data and settings. If you are interested in Plus, please contact us.
How to get started
- Request a demo: We show you pBC Construction Trades in your Business Central environment or in a test environment.
- License and setup: You conclude the license agreement with pB Consult GmbH. We set up the app with you and transfer your master data if you wish.
- Installation: via Microsoft Marketplace or via an installation link from us.
