pB Consult works from the wellness office on Werner Straße in Werne. Microsoft partner since 2018. The ERP is Microsoft Business Central. In construction from the start, at home in the ancillary trades: fit-out, HVAC, electrical, building services. Main construction too.
Our partner is pBC Europe in Larnaca. Together we run projects in the eastern Mediterranean, including a Microsoft Business Central go-live at an ancillary-trades company of about 1,200 people.
Mario Moritz is managing director. The team stays small. Large enough for implementation and support. Close enough that you meet the people who set up your system.

From a cellar office in Hamm to the wellness office in Werne. In construction from the start. From BIM to Microsoft Business Central.
2018
Founded in a cellar
Founded as projectBIM GmbH. Two people, one from ERP, one from construction projects. A cellar office in Hamm, the founding itself on a site in Berlin. The idea: digitise processes in construction. First with BIM, then with Microsoft.
2019
The first own development
Microsoft changes strategy, and we specialise in ERP. The first developments done ourselves, a customer in logistics. Move to HAMTEC on Münsterstraße in Hamm. Four people by mid-year.
2020
EDI and Anvaigo
A larger office. Customers in food and manufacturing. EDI becomes its own subject, the first large project at a tool manufacturer. That is where the partnership with Anvaigo starts. Seven people by mid-year.
2021
pB Consult GmbH
Covid. The projects continue, remotely. The operating business moves from projectBIM GmbH into pB Consult GmbH. From December, a yearly donation to the children's oncology unit at Klinikum Dortmund, instead of client gifts. Eleven people by mid-year.
2022
The move into the wellness office
In March, the move to Werne, into the wellness office on Werner Straße. A town house and a hall become the office. Consulting and Solutions become their own areas. A plant wholesaler moves from Excel to Microsoft Business Central. A silver partnership with 1. FC Magdeburg. Fourteen people by mid-year.
2023
Focus on construction
Dannis Thiesmann becomes authorised signatory. A roofer, then a civil engineer, now head of consulting. Together with the managing director, the focus stays construction, tighter on the ancillary trades.
2024
Less paper on site
Several construction companies, main trades and ancillary trades, move to the cloud with Microsoft Business Central. Continia Document Capture joins. Fewer manual documents, more visibility in the project.
2025
Werne and Cyprus
Tobias Lavicka is named BÄRater of the year, the company's own award. Release wave 2025 goes into the projects. International work runs through pBC Europe Ltd. in Cyprus. The office stays the wellness office in Werne.
