Industries

Industries we actually work in.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the ERP for construction. The focus is ancillary building trades.

Focus · electrical, sprinklers, heating, drywall

Ancillary building trades

Project, materials, hours and stock in one ERP.

This is the focus. Electrical, sprinklers, heating, drywall and the other fit-out and building-services trades mix contracts, daywork and often service. Purchasing runs while the site is already installing. We set Microsoft Business Central up so hours, materials, stock and billing meet before month-end. Where installations are maintained afterwards, the branch solution for technical plant and service handling sits on top.

  • Contract work and daywork in one logic
  • Technical installations on the building, service as a job
  • Go-live experience with a company of about 1,200 people

Main construction

Microsoft Business Central as the ERP. Estimating stays in the specialist program, connected over REST.

In main construction, Microsoft Business Central runs finance, purchasing, project cost and the result. Measurement, the bill and estimating stay in the program the company already uses. We connect the two over the REST interface. Nobody types the same quantities twice.

  • Microsoft Business Central for finance, purchasing and the project
  • RIB iTWO, connected over the REST interface
  • Other estimating systems only with a REST interface

Warehouse, site, builders' merchants

Logistics, materials and builders' merchants

Stock for your own site, for resale and for builders' merchants. One item, two paths.

Many construction companies do not store only for their own installers. They buy, move stock, sell and deliver. That covers their own material flow and builders' merchants: items, prices, vendors and a document flow on the standard, not on an island. Microsoft Business Central carries the warehouse, planning and the trade on the same item. What goes to the site is issued. What goes to a customer is invoiced. Both mean the same quantity. Where orders and invoices have volume, we attach Anvaigo EDI Connect.

  • Warehouse, van and site in one view
  • Builders' merchants on the same item: purchasing, sales, price
  • Planning against site demand and sales orders
  • Anvaigo EDI Connect when orders and invoices have volume

Production for construction

Manufacturing

Orders, materials and costing in the same ERP that runs the site.

Companies that fabricate for sites run two clocks: the shop and the project. Microsoft Business Central can carry both. We connect the production order and the construction project instead of maintaining two systems side by side.

  • Production orders on the Microsoft Business Central standard
  • Materials and costing linked to the project
  • One stock position for shop and delivery
