Microsoft Business Central
One ERP. From finance to the site.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is the ERP for mid-sized companies. We are a Microsoft partner and implement it — focused on the ancillary trades, without bending the standard.

Finance
Chart of accounts, customers, vendors, bank reconciliation, VAT, fixed assets and budgets. Dimensions carry cost center and project without a second set of books.
Sales
Quote, order, shipment, invoice. The document flow stays in the system even when the quantity on site changes.
Purchasing
Quote request, order, receipt, purchase invoice. Purchasing, inventory and the project mean the same item.
Inventory
Items, locations, stock and picking. What goes to the site leaves stock in a way you can trace.
Projects
Project tasks, consumption, resources and invoicing. Time and materials or fixed price, plan against actual.
Manufacturing
Bills of materials, assembly and production orders, when the shop fabricates for the site. That sits on the Premium plan.
Service
Service orders for maintenance and breakdowns, without a Microsoft Business Central Premium licence too. The branch solution for technical installations sits on top of that.
Reporting
A role center per role, reports, Excel and Power BI. Copilot in Microsoft Business Central helps with text and analysis. A posting stays a posting.
Microsoft Business Central online does not depend on a server in the basement. Outlook, Excel and Teams are connected. On-premises remains where a company needs it. We leave the standard as standard. Industry functions come through AppSource, Continia, Anvaigo and small extensions.
